GRAMERCY THEATRE:
Opened in 1937 as a movie theatre, the Gramercy Theatre was renovated into a Broadway venue in 1998 and then shut down in 2004. Three years later, in 2007, Live Nation reopened it as an intimate concert venue. Since then, the theatre that carries the name of the neighborhood already hosted shows of Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Kendrick Lamar, The Roots, Jay-Z and many others. The great name of this episode is the band Brass Against The Machine, a collective of artists that inspire through protest music!
